I have a separate collection of product cakes that I bake, which started in 1987 when a friend of mine teased me because I spend so much time baking my cakes—wouldn't it be much easier to just make a box cake mix??! So I took him up on his suggestion and made him a "box cake mix" cake. The rest is history. Click on each cake title below to see a photo of the finished cake (was it what you expected?).
