In August 2003, the locally produced TV Magazine show, Evening Magazine, filmed a segment featuring me! This show aired on KING-5 TV in Seattle on August 28, 2003. It aired a second time on July 12, 2005.
The segment was filmed on August 1 at Wild Waves Theme Park, in Federal Way, Washington, near Seattle. I was filmed riding the park's then newest coaster, Timberhawk: Ride of Prey. The story portrays me as a wild coaster enthusiast on his way to breaking a world record of riding every coaster in the world. Okay, I would indeed love to accomplish that feat, but as impressive as my current coaster tally of more than 1,300 different coasters might appear to some, I do know dozens of people who have ridden more coasters than I have. But I'm always looking for my next coaster ride somewhere!
